Preserve at Alafia

Absolutely the best apartment complex I've ever been. Move-in and setup was seamless. The administrative and maintenance staff is fast, competent, and friendly. There is a strong community where they host a lot of events like social gathering or food trucks. There are plenty of good amenities like the gym, the indoor/outdoor recreation are which are stunning. You can check out their Instagram page if you don't believe me. I only moved out due to an out-of -state opportunity. I lived here during a difficult and busy segment of my life, but I can definitely say this apartment has caused me NO issues or headache during my stay. Strongly reccomend this apartment complex for a wonderful and trouble -free experience!

I recently moved into Alafia Apartments and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The apartments are spacious with modern finishes, and the views are absolutely stunning. The leasing team made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. They were helpful, responsive, and truly made me feel welcomed from day one. I’m so excited to be part of this community and I definitely recommend Alafia Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

This place is amazing, it really feels like I'm living on vacation, the 5th floor view is amazing and I can see the river from my living room and bedroom, and overall it's just been a wonderful experience. The office staff made me feel at home, and the maintenance crew along with the residents are so friendly. Hidden Gem, and I never leave reviews, this place is truly amazing!

I've lived at the apartments for about a year, and it's been a wonderful experience. The precedence was set by my experience working with Sara who was my tour guide, answers any questions that I have, and is supremely professional. Other staff at the office are always ready to help and are super pleasant. The management is very transparent when it comes to notifying us if there are repairs being made or other matters that they need us aware of. Although I've mostly interacted with maintenance staff over minor requests, every one of them has been courteous and affable, and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work each day. Recently, I had a new washer/dryer combo installed, and Lenny and Dontavious completed this with care and efficiency, so thank you to them and the third worker w

My first impression with The Preserve at Alafia was wonderful! Angelina in the Leasing Office made everything so easy, she’s quick to respond, genuinely friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. You can tell she really cares about helping residents feel at home. Between the great staff and the community’s natural beauty, it’s a clear five stars from me.
