It was a no brainer using Susan again as my realtor when it was time to sell my home and find something new. Susan has been a pleasure to deal with. After not renting for 20 years, I just sold my home but did not want to hop back into the market with the high rates. Setting up appointments, trying to get call backs, or timely responses were outrageously challenging. Susan however, was quick to respond and even set up a showing while at a family funeral. I decided to rent with Susan. The house was in good condition. Susan has continued to be quick to respond and address any issues. I would recommend Susan both as a Property Manager is you are renting your home or to take good care of you if you are a renter.
