Awesome community, great townhomes and a very reasonable price. First class finishes. Location is fantastic, within a mile to I-75. The sales rep, Ticha was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the product, the features and did an excellent job of walking me through the process. I highly recommend Ticha and Calusa creek Townhomes!

Buy anywhere else. Not here. Tischa the sales lady is amazing. She is kind and caring and makes the process easy. That is where all your happiness in buying here will end. All those 5 star reviews are not people who live here. Realtors and loan offices. And friends of them. Look them up. That is it!!! There is absolutely zero luxury anything. They used the cheapest materials for every piece of these homes. The paint comes off the wall when you try to clean the walls. Almost every light socket has come out of the wall. The flooring is cheap and the walls are not Straight. They literally bed. The bathroom seals are loose and rusting in less than a year. The dog park is a joke with a huge crate in the middle of it that a dog is going to break its leg on. The pool is small for a
