Lola Apartments

The people are coming together to protest.. it’s getting hectic.. GNAT DADDY IS COMING!!! Unironically, this is getting to a point. This has been going on for more than a month. Move here if you want insects in your fridge and freezer and flying up your nose as you sleep. We have multiple fly traps but the garbage system here is just THAT bad. This is just one video. However, my mom cleans the bottom of the fridge each day because at the end of every day there’s always a BUNCH of gnats at the bottom. No matter how much we clean the bottom of the fridge, they continuously pile up there. If not at the bottom of the fridge, they’re in your face. Want to boil water in the kettle to make coffee? There’s gnats inside your kettle. Want to eat a banana? Don’t leave it on the counter for more tha

Absolutely beautiful place. Has such a rustic and earthly feel to it. The staff is super helpful & friendly. The amenities this place provides is incredible. From the moment I stepped onto this property, I felt that I was home--and I am so very glad I made the move to Lola!

DO NOT MOVE TO LOLA APARTMENTS This building is a scam, a complete trap. It looks very nice on the outside, but inside it is a total disaster. Management imposed a new trash collection service without giving residents any opportunity to vote or provide input. Trash bags are left sitting in the hallways, literally greeting you and your visitors when you walk in. During the Christmas holidays, trash went uncollected for up to four days. On top of that, management is trying to increase the trash fee.The accumulated trash in the hallways has caused a swarm of biting gnats creating an unsanitary and uncomfortable environment. The common areas are also a concern. There is dog waste everywhere, and residents frequently leave their dogs on balconies barking at all hours. There seem to be no clear

The two years that I lived at Lola, I got along with everyone great. All of the staff was kind, courteous, and professional and so were the residents , but I unfortunately ended up having issues with the maintenance worker there named,Juan who lived and worked on the property. He also had a garage close to my apt and garage After about 1 year of living there I had just renewed my lease for one more year , he was working in his garage late at night playing loud music that was frankly disturbing (not sure what he had going on at that time) I complained to the office about the noise and the mess outside the garage the day after and asked if he could keep the noise down after 11 pm. The worst place to live. I wouldn’t return even if it were free. We could never call Lola home. We were harassed by the manager and an employee of ZRS (the company that manages the property), who was also our downstairs neighbor. From day one, we received letters and threats over unfounded complaints. The smell of marijuana on the balconies is unbearable, making it impossible to keep the balcony door open. Gates and grills rarely work, cleanliness is poor, and the elevators are unreliable. It looks luxurious, but it’s not. We were counting the days until we could finally move out.
