Wintergreen Apartments

Came here to see an apartment. The leasing agent attitude not sure of her name she sits in the back left hand corner and had a bun. Upon walking in she was on her personal phone talking barely acknowledging me or welcoming me. She just handed me the keys. When I came back asking questions she was cold and barely informative as if she did not want to be at work. Not my problem, fake it. I am so sick of this!! This is why black women are constantly being laid of, horrible attitude and work ethic. I am black by the way. Us potential tenants are already under a lot of stress to find the perfect place now I have to deal with a person who doesn't want to work. Love the apartment, but will not continue because of your agent. Please fix the attitude there are a lot of people in need of a job!

If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience at this complex has been deeply disappointing and emotionally draining. While the units may appear presentable at first glance, the true issues begin once you move in. There were repeated instances of management failing to respect privacy or follow proper procedures regarding unit access, even after requests for reasonable accommodation due to a documented disability and emotional support animal. Despite providing appropriate documentation from a licensed provider, my ESA was treated as an unauthorized pet, and this created ongoing stress and legal issues. Update: I want to explain that these people knew that there was black mold in the HVAC of the entire building, and they did not notify me. I didn't know that I was being exposed to black mold and neither did my neighbors. Henderson Webb knew about the black mold and told no one. This is predatory and evil. I am deeply dissatisfied and cannot adequately express the extent of my negative experience. We had a clogged drain and called emergency service at 6:30 pm and a maintenance employee showed up 16 minutes later and unclogged the sink. One thing that I can say about the maintenance here is that they are prompt and repairs are done the same day unless you call around the last hour before they close. The maintenance men all have cheerful and polite attitudes. I enjoy the service in these apartments compared to the house we moved out of. I had to do all repairs or find someone who cost money to fix things. I hope maintenance keeps up with their outstanding job they do.

I would have to say pretty good. The ticket was put for roaches and they were treated twice. So far we haven’t seen anything else roaches. The gentleman that came in to do the service were very nice, respectful and very pleasant. I’m grateful for the service that they provided which was very friendly and very calm and there was on point. So thank you very much for coming in and doing the job.
