Wingspan Apartments

This place is an amazing place to live. Me and my family have lived here for almost 3 years and if we ever have any question or need something done they get answer it and/or fix it in a timely manner. The grounds are always looking good even with the new building getting built. One thing I would say is if you want a seamless process and a wonderful place to live this is your place. The pool is always perfect and they have two grills that you can cook from and they supply the propane it’s great. One other thing l have 4 kids and they have a lot of friends now because of how many families that are in here so if you are looking come take a look.

I just moved in and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! From the moment I arrived, the management and staff have been incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, which really helped ease the transition. I love the layout and attention to detail. The community is peaceful, well-maintained. You can barely hear you have neighbors ! So far, it feels like home, and I’m really looking forward to settling in and enjoying everything this place has to offer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I love living at wingspan apartments. They prioritize cleanliness and taking care of us as tenants. They are super understanding. Hailey has been so amazing with communication and kindness. She was the one that helped us feel confident and comfortable in making a huge change for my family!

Lots of dishonesty and constantly changing management. When I first moved in I got told that I wouldn’t have anyone living above me, since the “For show” apartment was above me. I asked if that would ever change and was told no. A month later I had the noisiest neighbors move above me. Then I had one of the maintenance workers walk into my apartment while I was asleep and he just stood there staring at me in my robe when I told him to get out. When I notified them of the end of my lease, i found out no one had actually filed that I was moving out. Had I not called them to double check, no one would have known I was ending my lease and of course it would have been on me. Then I had to chase them to get information on how and when I would get my deposit. I spoke to the assistant manager or

The neighbors are super nice and kind. Management has always been on top of keeping residents in the loop if something is going on. Units are also super insulated, which is very nice in hot summers and cold winters.
