Claradon Village

Lived here for 9 months and broke our lease early for military reasons. The service going into the apartment was great and the leasing staff were nice. Upon move in, our unit was filthy. We notified the office and they said they’d tell their cleaning company to “do better”. They could’ve cared less. The dog park is nice, however residents can’t seem to fathom that there are 3 dog stations and there’s still dog feces left around. There’s random trail cameras throughout the property, particularly one on the balcony of one of the employees. We were charged unreasonably for having our dog “off leash” for not even 30 seconds while grabbing a bag and picking up after him. Deeply Disappointed — Predatory Policies and Unhelpful Management I would strongly advise against moving into Claradon Village. The property might look nice on the surface, but the management’s policies and attitude make living here a frustrating experience. The rent here is already high (about $1,500/month) but I pay nearly $500 extra in random “fees” — not even counting utilities. Media package, car port, CAM fees - all are NOT optional and you should expect to pay far more than the advertised sticker price. The pool is frequently closed for unclear reasons or to punish residents who haven't followed their rules and management seems to conduct constant “inspections” with minimal notice, often once a month. They didn’t knock and walked in while my baby nephew was sleeping who’s less than 1 years old by the way. His mother was in the shower and they came in no knocking nothing also there’s been damage to the carpet and they were filthy before we came in and there tryna say we did it when we wasn’t even there for a month so expect them to try and scam your deposit and for them too not care about your privacy. They also get very defensive when you try confronting them about lying about the damages

Switch back to the other rent payment portal, Prisma SUCKS!! I cannot recommend moving in here if you enjoy consistency. I am looking at moving across the street, they are offering 3 months free rent and I just got a notice my rent is going up... If you want to use Flex to split rent you can NO LONGER do this. Flex worked with Domuso up until 6/27/2025. I'm led to believe it's the property management and nothing to do with Domuso or Flex but I don't know. Turn it back on and you'll get the 5 stars you had on 6/26/2025. Not a happy Tennant right now!

We move people in and out of Claradon Village apartments and every time I have been there the staff have been super nice and helpful. They have an indoor gym and a year-round hot tub. Highly recommend Claradon Apartments!
