In July 2025, my wife and I were able to move into our dream home, built by Marquee Homes Inc. We’ve been here three months, and we love it. Our custom home construction experience was tremendous. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and professional with thoughtful consideration of our wants and needs. The lot we purchased, though awesome, did present with challenges. We met with Kyle and Vanessa six or seven times, just to find and refine the plans for our home. Kyle and Vanessa were so patient. Kyle’s expertise really shined as he showed us how simple adjustments of a foot here and a foot there could make a much larger home fit our lot and budget. We had a wonderful experience building a custom home with Kyle and the team at Marquee Homes. We spoke with several different builders during the initial process, and we by far felt the most comfortable with Kyle and his team. They were very patient with us as we asked a ton of questions and sorted through the selection process. Not only that, the price was competitive (if not better) than the other builders. We really appreciated Kyle's great feedback on our house plans and our goals to maximize our space. We also loved that some of the things he includes as standard are typically upgrades for other builders. We absolutely loved Kyle and Marquee Homes! When talking about finding a builder, I heard so many cautionary tales, but there was absolutely no reason to fear with Kyle and his team. They were amazing, gave clear expectations, organized, helpful, gave good advice, answered all our questions, handled our unique situation with ease, stayed on schedule, and stayed on budget. Kyle builds every house as if building his own. I’d recommend him and his team to any of my closest friends and family members.

If I had to be short and to the point I’d say, “Marquee is Key 😉” But I have too much good to say so I can’t keep it THAT short! My husband and I started toying with the idea of building and met with someone else prior to meeting with Kyle- that was great because it gave us an idea of the kind of vibe we gravitated more to. One of the first things we noticed and absolutely loved was Kyle’s honesty with things that would or wouldn’t work and his reasonings/explanations to all of it. Marquee made every step of the process so easy; our task was to pick all the pretty things (the fun part) and their task was to get it all put together. Kyle and team were a nightmare to deal with. I cannot recommend them to anyone. I hope he has obtained better subcontractors because some of the ones he used on our build were bottom of the barrel in quality.
