Altair at Riverwalk

Predatory. They will charge for every little thing upon move out, even if you leave the place SPOTLESS like we did. We spent at least $100 on cleaning supplies and 13 HOURS cleaning and still got charged a “mandatory” cleaning fee that is no where in the lease. The apartment was left in perfect condition and they took most of our deposit back. The staff said on the phone that the apartment looked perfect and she would try to get us a discount which never happened. Our neighbors dealt with the exact same thing when they moved out. The staff are fake nice and passive aggressive. They will avoid calls and voicemails if they don’t want to talk to you. The dog park is absolutely disgusting, full of poop and it is very poorly managed leaving it all but unusable. Reaching out to the staff about t

ETA: it says (owner) but is signed the management at the bottom! There's no privacy concerns as I am a resident and these issues are visible in public. There is no expectation of pricey in public! I'm not asking who lives there just if they are exempt. I've send plenty of emails so the "owner" or management is aware of the issue! Are you going to fix these issues or continue to discriminate?? Hopefully the actual owners sees this! I'll change my review if my you acknowledge and correct the issues! I love my apartment but can't overlook the gaslighting, discrimination and selective enforcement of the lease. Why is ok for some to violate the lease and not others? Found this place while looking for apartments in Layton and just had to go check it out. To be honest, one of the best experiences I have had while looking for apartments. Olivia was amazing, made me feel like I was just hanging out with one of my friends and she did the best she could to make sure I was happy with the apartment. It was technically impossible for me not to take the apartment after such a great experience.

I recently toured Altair at Riverwalk, and I was thoroughly impressed! Jessica was incredibly kind and generous with her time, taking me on a detailed tour of the property and showcasing all the amenities. The interiors of the apartments are surprisingly spacious, with ample storage and pantry space. I particularly loved the French doors leading out to the balcony and the large windows in the primary suite that let in an abundance of natural light. As more retail and other locations move in nearby, this will undoubtedly become a highly desirable place to live. The amenities are solid and very usable, Thank you, Jessica, for making the tour such a pleasant experience!

Overall, great experience with Altair Riverwalk. Great value for a quality apartment! The leasing managers are always happy to point me in the right direction when it comes to questions about payments, benefits, and really made moving in easy. Ryan one of the leasing managers FaceTimed me for a thorough walk-through of my apartment before I moved in. Rarely do I run into issues, but when they occur, the maintenance technicians are always a big help. Carson, one of the nicest and most professional maintenance technicians I’ve ever worked with!
