Settlers Landing

We moved out months ago but we lived at Settlers Landing for 9 years. Tara and Jill have always been so nice to us and responsive to anything that we needed fixed or just general questions. Our kids loved how the office always had goodies and activities for them. Their favorite part was their swim party every year we are definitely going to miss the pool. They try hard everyday to keep Settlers Landing running and keeping tenants happy like any other place it isnt perfect but we loved it for our kids it was safe and fun for them they would be outside all day playing with the neighbor kids. Also shout out to Maintenance Ryan and his crew always on top of things when we needed anything fixed or replaced. Thanks Settlers Landing for a great 9 years.

This has to be one of the top places to live in Weber county. Between the 5 star amenities and the beautiful smiles you encounter in the office you truly cannot go wrong living here 10/10 I would 100% recommend. We just moved in and Maby the lovely young lady in the office that helped walk me thru the whole process like I was friend, not just her tenant, left such a great taste in my mouth that getting settled here was such a breeze!!! I appreciate the care she showed on my situation. Mine was a special case and she handled it like a pro.. Thank-you!!

Really nice my kids dad lives there and it's beautiful, we take our kids swimming all summer here and the water is perfect, it's always clean, never super crowded and busy. We feel very safe here and everyone is so friendly, it's for sure a nice and fun day when spent swimming here. And the apartments alone are gorgeous! They are so big and have a perfect layout, I can honestly say... I'm pretty jealous! The ONLY negative thing I can think of and would change.... would for sure be the cleanliness of the pool bathrooms. Especially the left one(if looking directly at it from inside the pool area) I love that we can all shower after swimming and it's helped us be on time to a lot of things without having to go home to shower first. Beyond that. It's a great place to call a home ♡

Trash, bugs, bad hoa vibes, poop, fees after fees Pros: maintenance is always responsive and tries. Front office is nice until you sign the lease. Cons: TRASH dumpsters constantly over flowing with trash, furniture will sit for weeks before its removed. Trash will sit for days to weeks on the side, depending on the amount. BUGS:This place is infested with black widows, regular spiders, stink bugs, boxelder bugs, WASPS WASPS WASPS and many other but those are the main culprit. Even after spraying for bugs upon my 1st month being thier I was killing a black widow every few days and see them all over the property BAD HOA VIBES If they can see anything in your house or outside they will constantly put notice and fees if you have anything outside or I side they dont approve of. Very strict on w

The leasing office staff is Awesome!! I just moved in and they made it so easy. Love my apt and all the amenities. Can't wait for summer and the pool!
