Wingate Apartments

Horrible…. Bugs are everywhere no matter how clean you keep the place. Toilet clogged, the tech couldn’t fix issues and left saying someone else would come out and also someone to pick up water. This is how they left my place EXTREMELY NASTY!!!! Now I will have to extract the water my damn self. Definitely will be going to the leasing office first thing in the morning. No one should have to just sit and deal with this. Shouldn’t never touch it, like one of the techs said. SMH

When I say DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE I MEAN DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE. A LOT OF TIMES WE DONT WANNA LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS BUT SOME ARE REAL . This place is sick . I haven’t been out here a whole month and my whole entire floor in my house is coming up . I have bugs laying eggs in my sink . I’ve been in and out the rent offices the whole time I been here and still haven’t gotten no help or nobody to come fix anything In my house . It’s making me so mad because they sitting in that rent office lien to people just to get them out of they face . I put my hard earned money into this apartment and paying almost 1300$ for rent . When I first got here I had to spend the weekend in the house without privacy because they don’t provide blinds for the windows . No one told me that before I moved in otherwise I

No stars. The worst 4 months of my life ! It forced to give them 1 star they don’t deserve any I’m paying 1419 for a 3 bedroom with purple and gray mold which is also growing on the bathroom ceiling , my unit floods, it’s beyond a roach infestation they own this building I wake up to them everywhere all in my cabinets coming from my sink drain it’s disgusting. All they care about is rent.This is by far the worst experience I ever had. I have never taken a shower in the bathroom because the drain barley works and the horrible mold smell. Let’s not forget the outlets they always make the power go out if you plug in something in the master bedroom.Wingate is horrible it’s so much I could say I don’t have a fire extinguisher or a fire alarm, my bedroom window is glued shut, I woke up to a dead

The team in the office made our move- in so smooth and easy 2 weeks ago. Their maintenance team is seasoned so they are definitely professional and kind. The neighborhood is quiet. It's a lot of families that live out here. Everyone minds their business pretty much. Our neighbors were kind enough to help us move our furniture in as soon as they seen our struggle in the rain....It's a blessing to know it's still places that are still affordable, decent, and cozy.

I don't even know why these apartments still up. They not gone renovate nothing. They will paint the tub with wall paint and tell you not to shower for 4 days. No one takes the trash out they just throw it in front of your door. A so called maintenance man will complain about cigarettes in the grass but won't say nothing about the trash and food that's thrown in front of your door. I never had a air fliter changed or when it was time for an inspection you would think they would check the hot water heater, vents and the filters. No, they just wanna see what's in your home. Then they tell you, you gotta be home for a inspection but I need to be at work to pay that high rent. I do not recommend this place even if this the only thing you can get. Try another state!
