Ashton Walk Apartments

I'm new to the community but my experience has been great. And the property manager Ms Hughes has been a true blessing to me . I applied in the mist of the ownership was changing over but Ms Hughes worked tirelessly to assure I would be approved for the unit . And I'm living my new home.

I’m disgusted and disappointed by this experience. My mother submitted her application 07/31/24. The complex requested changes and additional information 3 or 4 times which was provided and have yet to approve her application. After four months of waiting and still no approval we found another apartment but Ashton Walk refuses to return the deposit. They have had four months to complete the application and won’t return her deposit. These people are liars and crooks. Don’t waste your time here. What makes this worse is this is a senior citizen community. How many elderly people have they robbed?

I have been here at Ashton Walk Apartments since 9/7/22 Which was my birth date. And I must say my experience from then to now are great. Aaron was is very professional and each time I call for information he always respond. I thank Courtney for helping my in a matter that was very important as well. And I must not forget the respectful employees that do the most important part. Keeping the building clean As well as fixing any maintenance need. They all do a great job. Thanks!

My elderly grandmother was pretty much assured she would be getting approved at this complex by Ms Hughes she was called and told that she was denied . Ms Hughes told her she would call her back the same day due to her having court documents proving her reasoning for denial not being valid she never called back for about a week after she was assured a call back or override Ms Hughes stated due to the denial she would receive a refund within 2 weeks she never received that refund after calling today Ms Hughes stated that she could no longer get the refund due to her "backing out of her application" because she had already been approved elsewhere after being told she was denied Ms Hughes "overrode" the denial already knowing that she was already moving somewhere else

It is a place for Senior Living, it is a nice place to reside. The only thing I don't like much is the nursing home smell, but that is something you can't help because there are individuals that love there who need some type of nursing assistance, even though it's not that type of facility. Other than that, I say it's a nice place to live if you're 60+ ( the required agree of entry is 55).
