Redwood Ridge Apartments

Believe the mold reviews believe the incompetence, all of it. We have lived here since july almost august of 2025 and before we had been here for 6 months it was already decided the lease would not be renewed. The staff in this leasing office do not care a single bit about you or the very many issues that come with living here. Your rent will be wrong EVERY month. They WILL NOT fix it but will add a late fee immediately if its not paid. You will be over charged if you don’t check the amount every single month. For 3 days we have been owed a credit for random charges we go back and forth they say they are about to fix it and dont. You are just told that so they can get you off their backs. Almost $1600 for a 2 bed flat with roughly 1,058 SQF. My daughter has been sick with coughs and fevers

Those 5 star reviews are FAKE! The living environment here is appalling. None of my maintenance requests was addressed. I had a broke dish washer my entire time staying here. I constantly put in maintenance request and no one ever came to fix it. This place is infested with mold so for health reasons you should stay away , and the office agents have consistently displayed poor attitudes. The dumpsters are perpetually overflowing and disgusting, and there are rats and roaches everywhere. The mail area is a hot mess as well. The gate is never fixed, allowing anyone to access the complex. To top it off, there’s loud music playing at all hours of the night. This place is not worth recommending, even to someone who desperately needs somewhere to stay.

Although the keys were handed over on January 30, I have not been able to actually move into the apartment due to a severe pest infestation, and the unit was not delivered in a habitable condition. I was forced to leave some of my belongings in the apartment; however, they were damaged due to the ongoing pest problem, making it impossible for me to use the property. I have photos and videos taken at various times as evidence of the situation. The condition of the apartment is unacceptable, and I cannot be expected to adhere to a lease for a unit that is not habitable. The issues and my resulting hardship will be shared with the appropriate authorities.

DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR HEALTH TO DECLINE. ITS MOLD INFESTED, RATS, ROACHES AND LEAKS. This been going on since I moved here my whole apartment is infested with mold. I have so many pictures and evidence it’s ridiculous. My furniture is ruined because of mold. They will play in your face and act like you crazy instead of fixing the problem you have absolutely no win with these people the rent go up every month they put all these unknown charges dam near $75 for trash and nobody ever pick up my trash since I moved here if you know what’s best for you and your family avoid these apartments oh yeah now all of a sudden my car getting tow because I have to get a tire basically an eye for an eye when In reality im paying rent for an apartment I can’t stay in so escrow account it i

I am a current tenant that moved in on September 12, 2025. I noticed rats in my apartment lees than a month of being here . I have pictures and videos of multiple rats as well as rat piss and dodo on my floor, I have told the office on multiple occasions and they are not giving a real solution they are fully aware of the hole that the rats come in and out at but have yet to seal it off they keep putting these emitters in here that’s not doing anything. they sent a pest control person to my apartment once and within 5 minutes of it being down it caught one and even with that one gone I still see more every other day and when I asked to break my lease because this is a inhabitable living situation I was told that it wasn’t grounds to break my lease or to transfer to another unit this place d
