Midwood square apartments

I grew up in these apartments! My mom and aunt and uncle both had units here at the same time! I remember living next door to an Hispanic family and they had 2 daughters but I can’t remember their names and it’s bothering me. I would say this was back in 2004/2005! Right around the time Gasolina by daddy yankee song was popular. Not long after I was put in foster care. I just wish I could find some childhood friends I know by writing a review is a long shot 😩

The community is quiet, safe, clean and is professionally run. Coming from the last unit I was in, I feel I'm living in luxury. Staff is incredible and maintenance is on top of everything immediately. I applaud my decision to relocate here and I will be here for a really long time.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I’ve been here for 6 months now and I STILL don’t have a mail key after asking for one numerous of times. TOO MANY ROACHES. No one comes out to spray. Its mold in the vents. The neighbors who live above us water leaks from our bathroom ceiling. The bathroom ceiling and walls are caving in because of water damage. I notified the property managers but they don’t care or either its a new managers so you’ll have to explain it to them all over again. NOTHING get done about it. Overall this place is a dump and they just raised the rent to 1000 with all of these ongoing issues. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! (These are pictures of our ceiling. I really enjoy my stay here midwood on main Street Britney is doing a great job really enjoy her altitude she cares about the tenants a great and peaceful place to live if there are any problems they're too small to complain and Brittany has no problems with concerns and issues thanks Brittany

For the love of god do not move here. Every month our hot water doesn't work. every. month. we've been without hot water as long as a week and a half. go somewhere else...
