Your office is Impossible to speak with anyone,on the phone. Your office keeps charging me for Renters insurance and I have it on file that I do have Renters insurance. Too many shootings on the basketball court If you move out here don’t move near the basketball court!!!! The rent is affordable but maintenance suck. I saw a girl comment at the bottom about the office being nice, yes that’s the point they want your money, but apts are not updated. All they want is your money anything else they can careless. What they need to do is activate these gates to keep people who do not live here out of here and shooting up our homes!!!!! The majority of the people who come to the court don’t live here, that’s a problem, this is not a public court or park!!!! Where do I start... I have been here since May 2016, under jamco properties. While being here Triumph has taken over and made things absolutely unbearable. Why so long you ask??? The price of the complex.... But unfortunately you get what you pay for! There are management changes every few months. No one in the office cares enough to make sure your work orders get taken care of. I have been trying to get work orders taken care of in my townhome for over 2 years. Every time management changes, my work order magically vanish. My wife and I go back to the leasing office and complain and are assured that they will get fixed by every new manager... but of course they dont keep their word. They don’t fix anything but the outside! To make the apartments look good. People have Rats in their home and other creatures in our ceiling from outside getting in. The leasing people will tell you lies just to get you out their face. If you put in work orders they will come sometimes or just not show up until days later. Yes the apartments and town homes are spacious but it’s a mess!!!! The plumbing is terrible !!!!! And code enforcement be out here every other week !!! The trash company people they hire be leaving stuff and one person they hired before left me a nasty note. I took it to the rental office to show them smh

There are $580 units on this property with a manager and three leasing agents on the premises during the week but this doesn't mean they assist customers. The application process is done on computer away from the premises and I am pretty good on computers but moving around on they're site was ridiculous. When entering information the app doesn't auto save so your information is lost before completing and you must start over. After you complete the process and pay the application fee you are then given a statement telling you that the apartments have lead based paint. Why not provide this information upfront? Management refused to assist me in completing my application. I am a senior citizen and haven't worked in 13 years for any business but didn't ask me for proof of income from that l
