Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience. We lived in Windsor Station Apartments for around 3 years. I think this is the best apartment complex in Hartford county, I say it based on our experience living here and based on the other apartment complexes where my friends and coworkers live. Windsor Station Apartments is pretty new, everything is fresh, modern and everything is working. All minor and major issues are being solved here very quickly, in a matter of minutes or hours, I would say they are very quick, responsive 24/7. The leasing office is doing its job very well. Aga, the leasing office manager is a very professional and kind person, she organizes everything perfectly. The community is also cool, people are respectful, not nosy and they like to communicate. Highly recommend this place!! Well maintained building and grounds, downtown Windsor amenities are within walking distance, and the apartment buildings are surrounded by lots of nature and lovely trails. We especially appreciated maintenance dealing with any requests quickly and the fact that parcels were always brought up to our apartment door by staff. In general, staff were always friendly and helpful. As for Windsor itself, it's a really pleasant place to live, safe, diverse community and friendly. 😊

Peaceful, well maintenanced, beautiful place to live. The staffs are very helpful including maintenance who always comes through when I need them.

No flies , Only a few bees to be expected and No ants. I love my apartment but I am afraid I ear damage due to the frequency and loud noise of the train. That is a serious problem. The train is extremely noisy and runs at night too. I am not sure how to remedy this as the frequency of trains upsets the overall tranquil atmosphere. Is the train less noisy in the back?
