Deerfield Windsor Apartments

For such an old building the rent is extremely high for its quality. The owners didn’t even bother putting a ventilation system installation in the bathroom and over time mold grows. They painted the bathtub white to try and hide the their cheapness. They don’t take anything seriously and this place isn’t worth the almost 2000$ rent.

Management is very kind and welcoming. Very responsive and I have confidence and issues I may have will be resolved in a timely manner. Apartments are decent size and clean. Been living here for 2 1/2 years it has been a pleasant experience. I will say my rent has gone up higher than I wanted this year, but I know everything has been going up these past years so looking for a cheaper place wasn't gonna be easy.

Growing up in Windsor my whole life Deerfield apartments was a place that I have always wanted to reside I got that opportunity around three years ago and jumped right on and thank god I did. This location so clean and close to so many amenities to make life easier. Their staff is always on point with requests and friendly at all times. I am very happy to have the opportunity to live in this quiet and safe community.

I have lived at Deerfield for several years, and it is a great place to live! The staff are wonderful, friendly and accommodating! Whenever I've called for ANYTHING, I have always received a prompt and friendly call back. In addition, maintenance requests/calls are addressed quickly and efficiently. Lastly, Deerfield is on a walkable main road and in a great location, which makes it easily accessible to highways, stores, and restaurants. Location, location, location!

I have resided at Deerfield Apartments for the past 7 years and the experience has so far been good. Very professional assistance from both management and staff. Would certainly recommend as a place to live.
