Edwin was the best maintenance man we have ever had! He went above and beyond to complete repairs and made my family feel comfortable. He took the time to thoroughly explain things in a way that I could understand. He cleaned up after himself and overall conducted himself with fantastic professionalism! He made us very happy to be apart of the Riversbend community! Edwin is the man!

I had such a great experience working with Anna Correa at Riverbend Apartments! From the very start, Anna was incredibly helpful during the open house, she took the time to answer all my (many!) questions and made sure I had all the information I needed. She went above and beyond to help us get into our new apartment quickly, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Anna’s friendly, professional attitude really stood out and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. I’m so glad I attended the open house, it made all the difference! If you’re considering moving to Riverbend Apartments, I highly recommend connecting with Anna. She truly made this experience a great one!

Just want to warn people before renting here. It’s super unfortunate because this complex has so much potential. If you move here just be prepared to do all of your own maintenance. I’ve had ongoing issues with my unit and have been completely brushed off. I’ve reached on several occasions about mold, peeling floors, leaking ceiling. It takes weeks for someone to respond, then they say they will come to your unit to “look” at the issue and the issue is never resolved. They hire Under-qualified maintenance people who do patchwork, that later becomes a reoccurring issue Because it being done poorly. My rent has increased, but no renovations have been done to my unit. I’ve bought my own supplies to maintain my unit. I have my family living here with me and in fear that we may be living in a

I honestly enjoyed being at this apartment complex until the leasing office jipped us having to pay rent for another month after we moved out. The community is nice, great amenities. As long as you don't mind unclear communication and having to pay extra for it, it is an otherwise nice place. Just be vigilant that even when you have things in writing there is no sympathy and accountability for the offices unclear communication.
