The community itself is peaceful yet full of life, with well-kept amenities that make every day feel a little like a retreat. I’ve lived here for 1 year and absolutely love the whole time. The finishings are beautiful and easy to maintain. The bedroom is huge, the balcony is a nice touch, all the closets are huge. Central air unit is convenient. The pool and clubhouse are fabulous!! People use them a lot which is nice to meet people. The walking trail and dog park are awesome too! The only thing I would change - the hot water in the shower runs out after about 15 mins and the gym could benefit from a wider variety of machines (legs and abs specifically). Still, I recommend living here 10/10!!!

We lived at the Preserve at Great Pond for 3 years and really enjoyed our time, we never had any issues The apartments and grounds are cleaned and well maintained. We only had to contact maintenance once about a low battery in our Latch system, and they were quick to replace it. If you have dogs, there’s tons of sidewalks and a path along the pond and even a small dog park for them to play at. Our dog loved living here too! There are negative reviews due to bears in the area, but that’s at no fault of the property. I also felt that management sent out notices to alert residents about car break ins quickly and seemed to be good about updating residents about snow removal etc. If we find ourselves looking to lease again, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the Preserve. The community is quiet and welcoming, with excellent amenities like a gym, pool, BBQ grills, a clubhouse for hosting friends and family, and a scenic walking trail around a beautiful pond. The apartment was well-built with thick walls that kept things quiet. Staff were always responsive and helpful whenever anything came up. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained place to live.

Look no further, you'll enjoy living at The Preserve at Great Pond. We just signed our 3rd lease and love living here. The unit is large, bright with a lot of natural light, a terrace, and best of all......in unit washer/dryer. The pool is the perfect summer retreat. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and resolved as soon as possible. The office staff is attentive and professional.
