Windsor Lofts at Universal City Apartments

I’ve previously posted about my good experiences at Windsor Lofts at Universal City, but the experience I had this week was so positive that I felt compelled to come back and post a new comment. I had two apartment issues in two days…a non-functioning a/c and an uncooperative washing machine. In neither case was it related to neglect by the building, it was just the kind of normal thing that happens with appliances. At any rate, Jason, the Maintenance Technician, had the a/c problem diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours of his arrival, and he had the washing machine problem (the following day) fixed within 15 minutes. I absolutely loved living here and would've stayed longer if I could! The leasing office and maintenance team were wonderful and attentative to any needs or concerns. The amenities and grounds were always well-maintained, and there was a genuine sense of community among the residents.

Thank you, Dean and Jason for always coming through for not only our apartment maintenance requests, but the entire building. We are so lucky to have you two. Anytime I need something, you two always come through within 24 hours and if you can’t make it, you give me a call letting me know next steps. The other day I needed white paint, and Dean was nice enough to provide me with the white paint. This saved me time from going to the store. Just the extra mile service offered by these two is out of this world. thank you both!

This is for maintenance. They are always available right away. Whenever we need any maintenance work done they are always on top of it. I have been a tenant here for almost 7 years now and Dean and Jason have always been friendly and efficient. They know what they are doing! We are always happy whenever they help!

I moved into Windsor Lofts last fall and have been very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the staff when I’ve gone to them with any issues or problems. I had a situation last night which truly highlighted the level of service that the team provides. I had a plumbing issue last night with a plugged kitchen sink that was beginning to overflow. I called the emergency maintenance number, was connected with a live person immediately, explained my situation, and the gentleman tagged it as urgent. Within 20 minutes, Drew from the maintenance team called to confirm the problem. Within the hour he was at my front door with a wet/dry vacuum and emptied the plugged up sinks - he also called my upstairs neighbors to ensure that they didn’t run their sink until the issue was
