The Building Manager Rae-Lynn is amazing, very professional, prompt and courteous ~ great problem solver. Quick to assist and welcomes ideas on improving the building. She makes it worth living here! Nonetheless, maintenance is also very kind and responsive to needs. There are a few small drawbacks that are bearable: the property owner should consider having a maintenance man dedicated to the building throughout the week. It becomes frustrating to have to wait for certain days to get maintenance outside of an emergency. In addition, while the building is an older model, a little longer for the water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks to get hot. Outside of that, it’s a nice building and I would recommend it. Great location!

Been a tenant since 2010! We finally got a real building manager, RaeLynn Allgood, after over a decade without one (for all intents). The building also had a major renovation of hallways, common spaces and exterior recently. So whatever reviews date back to before covid are meaningless. It's a top-notch property now. Super responsive management and well-kept property!

Rae Lynn and her team are one of the best parts about living at SCHA. From her response time to tenant needs to her charismatic charm and fun events, you'll love living here knowing that this is a place where you're cared for. I wish I had found SCHA a lot sooner!

Since the new management has taken over, there has been a dramatic difference in the attention to care with the property. They’ve done a great job adding security, fixing long standing issues and making the building better all around. I do wish that the guest parking situation was addressed however. Residents park in the guest spots nightly and when I have guests over they can rarely find parking
