The Riverview

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at! Super quiet building with cozy vibes and clean. I love how secured the building is with locks and cameras. Very professional management team. Kris is a phenomenal building manager! Quick responses and closes the loops on any issues you bring up to him. Absolutely love living here!

I had the pleasure of working with Kris back when I was going through some relationship issues and I was looking for another apartment. He went above and beyond meeting me after normal work hours and showing me an apartment at riverview. Not only was he patient with me, we also bonded outside of the business transaction and became friends. He is a great human; additionally well versed in property Management.

All the other reviews pretty much sum up this place. The building is clean and quiet. Any maintenance issue I had have been taken care of within a day or two. Kris does a great job managing this property.

Riverview has been a great building to live in. The property management is highly responsive to request. Response times are within hours. They take pride in ensuring the grounds are maintained, safe, and inviting to current and new residents. Definitely recommend this place in Studio City.

My partner and I have enjoyed living here. Both the street and the property are very quiet. Past places I’ve lived have definitely not had this level of sound insulation! The property is clean and well maintained. This was our first time moving out without any parental assistance and the property manager Kris was patient, helpful, and very quick to respond. Because of this, moving from the application process to getting the keys was FAST! Highly recommend.
