L'Estancia

i’m currently going into my second residency here and overall it has been a wonderful experience. the leasing office and management team are extremely responsive and attentive whenever a request comes up. Jason, the manager, is fantastic. he truly goes above and beyond to help residents and make sure issues are handled properly. his professionalism and dedication do not go unnoticed — he absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly, probably a pay raise). Claudia is also amazing. she is incredibly sweet, patient, and thorough when explaining anything related to the building or lease. she always takes the time to answer questions clearly and never makes you feel rushed. i know her role must be very demanding, so her constant smile and positive attitude are really refreshing. maintenance

Been here a year, and honestly? Best rental experience I have ever had, hands down. I pay my rent and I have a nice apt, maintenance when requested (without a huge delay), and the office staff are really pleasant people. This place is worth a try.

This is my review of the first two months as a resident at L’Estancia Apartments.
Honestly, this place is exactly what I was looking for. The price point, amenities, and location—with so many places to eat and shop within walking distance—are perfect. The management team is very accommodating and made me feel like family right away, But my favorite part of the property is the office staff—Claudia and Jason are fantastic! The payment portal is super convenient, and any maintenance requests inside your unit are addressed immediately.

I Love the agents here!! They are so welcoming. The few tenants I met are so friendly and happy here. This is such a blessing and a wonderful place to live!!

Lived here for 8 years - zero complaints, only wonderful memories. I always felt safe, it was always quiet, peaceful, zen, and clean. I was so sad to leave. Thank you everyone at L'estancia for the best life memories <3
