The Thomas Apartments

The maintenance staff is wonderful, but the management company is a nightmare. They charge a fee for everything and they love to raise the rent by the maximum legal amount with no room for negotiation. They are mysteriously silent when it comes to responding to questions about returning our security deposit however. The apartments are fine, but you can find better value elsewhere.

Went to view an apartment. Lady showing me around (or trying to) had no idea what was going on. She did not know any information about the apartment and barely knew how to unlock the doors. Clearly great management here. Reached out via phone and email, none of my inquiries were returned. Seems they just charge egregiously high rent prices purely based on location with little else to actually offer.

It was a positive experience once we moved to the top floor. (There’s a lot of noise bleeding through the ceiling on the lower floors.) I give it four out of five stars simply because if the high rent and utilities. The neighborhood is charming and there are a lot of nice people, but the rent is high considering there are no real amenities beyond a small gym. Additionally, they do shared utilities, which I’ve never been a fan of in general, and we found our monthly utilities bills to be very high considering how much we actually used in resources.

We just recently moved out of the Thomas Apartments and would highly recommend them! The shared amenities were always clean, the location was in walking distance to all our necessities, and maintenance handled any issue we had in a timely and professional manner. We would specifically like to recognize Sara, the Community Manager. Sara was so kind and made our experience phenomenal, her helpfulness exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank her enough!

I am consistently impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of Sara, the property manager, and her dedicated office staff. No matter the situation, they are always ready to assist with a smile. Sara’s approachability makes her easy to go to for any questions or concerns. Her & the office staff is always welcoming and ready to assist with anything! Their friendly demeanor and willingness to help make living here a truly pleasant experience. I am grateful for their dedication and commend them for their outstanding service.
