I don't have option to leave negative rating, otherwise will give -5 rating for Normandy homes. As of now I never seen this type of worst builders in the world it means. I brought home from Normandy with high price and they sold same plan home with less than $150k now in Windsong Ranch community. Now My home price I lost $150 less for my future sale. When I asked the same with Sales executive and Manager they simply denied my compliant and not giving any response. Windsong Ranch Normandy builder is not at all understand the customer issues and values. They always very Hard and Rude with foreign customers. Please don't trust Normandy builder and don't go with them for your dream home. There are very good builder in the same community they have values and ethics. It is very sad and unsatisfi

Relocating to a new state and managing the logistics of a new build from a far is extremely challenging. Luckily, I picked a great partner in Gail Anderson.
