We've been in our Southgate home for 2.5 months and I can't say enough good things about the quality of the home and the home buying experience. Our first encounter was with Ashley at the model home and she was a wonder to work with. My wife and I were very anxious about purchasing a new home but Ashley made everything seamless and comfortable. The quality of the build is outstanding and the project manager and Ashley were very communicative throughout the entire process. We had a great buying experience with South Gate. Ashley in sales was great. She answered all our questions and concerns…was patient , explained everything well and was always available when I called. Even after the contract was signed she was available to answer any questions I had which is rare with people I sales. We moved in to our new home a month back and are overall very happy with the build quality. I would recommend Southgate if you are looking to buy a new home.
