Rafael and Nico are part of the property management’s maintenance team. They are just amazing! Every time I have any maintenance issues, they both go above and beyond. They even return to check for my satisfaction. Also, Jazmine and Jessica at the leasing office are so very sweet. They’re so compassionate and helpful. I adore them! I prefer this new property management over the old one. They’ve offered so many upgrades for us and offer exceptional support! I really wish I could offer them ten stars instead of just five.

A property management company manages the community, and so far the overall experience has been positive. It’s a safe and quiet place to live. All staff members are consistently hardworking. Those we’ve interacted with—Taylor from the office and Rafael M. from maintenance—are always friendly, professional, and efficient, which gives us peace of mind—highly recommended. Additionally, it would be even better if the management company could provide more precise explanations and references for water meter usage, enabling residents to better understand the basis for monthly water charges. We hope that more transparent information can be shared with residents in the future.
