Luminest Prosper Apartments

I recently moved into these apartments, and it has been fantastic. Lily has been incredibly helpful, providing us with excellent communication and making us feel at home. The staff is wonderful and always attentive to our requests. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been living here for about a month now, and I’m really happy with my decision. The place is well-kept, and the staff is amazing. The buildings are maintained beautifully, and the front office team is always so friendly and welcoming. Baily, Lilly, and Landon really stand out—they listen to you, make sure all your questions are answered, and genuinely make you feel like you’re in the right place. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far, and I couldn’t ask for a better place to live, especially with my family. Highly recommend it!

The person I first spoke to was Lilly. She was very helpful and enthusiastic about making me feel welcome. Her gorgeous smile put me at ease. I have not lived in an apartment since I went to college many years ago, and I did not know what to expect. She went above and beyond to help me submit my information for quick approval. It's great to know real professionals are managing Luminest.

Absolutely love everything about living here. I have been here for about three weeks. The front office staff is professional and accommodating. It is easy to get online and schedule a maintenance request. I had a request and it was taken care of the next morning and when I got home that evening, there was a form on my kitchen counter, indicating they had been in my apartment and had made the repair. (It was just adjusting the hot water heater so that I had enough hot water to fill the tub.) I feel very safe here and everyone is so friendly. I feel blessed to have found. Luminest Prosper and I am happy to call it home.

After months of searching, countless calls to apartment complexes, and an excel spreadsheet, I finally found the apartment that blew me away and it’s all thanks to Holden! We showed up about 45 minutes before closing, but he recognized our interest and treated us to the “long” tour. He took the time to show us the B1 and B11 floor plans, and covered everything we wanted to see. Holden showed us the gym, yoga room, cinema (yes, a cinema!), golf simulation, pool, bike repair shop, the grills, Hotel Style Guest Suites, co-working spaces, and the dog park and pet spa since we informed him that we were thinking about adopting a pup.
