We couldn’t be happier with Tradition Homes. We were looking for the right home for a long time, and we had a lot of requirements. We met with a ton of builders, but Tradition had the most thoughtful, carefully considered floor plans, and staff who were compassionate, kind, and helpful (even during the post-COVID phase when most builders wouldn’t even answer questions!) We were willing to wait to get the right home in the right neighborhood for us so in the meantime, we communicated with several different sales managers, including Cam, Kim, and Jillian, but primarily, the amazing Shelly and Kelli. They were all so helpful and accommodating as we visited every model home waiting for the right community to open up lots, and later, as we visited to get ideas for our own home during the build

My overall experience is five stars beginning from signing contract , design center, construction updates and closing. Each item spec is detailed with product # and by default there are many upgrades that no other builder provided in the community, to name few , Tradition homes is only builder that provides Zip system for thermal insulation and many smart home options are included. I thank Shelly and Brandon for providing professional experience during entire process. I recommend Tradition Homes to my friends in case they ask my advice or opinion.
