Coventry Homes - Star Trail

We have experienced a new Coventry home from start to finish and lived in it for a year. Don’t do it! The 3 months prior to closing was the worst customer experience. Then, the warranty game started. We had a leak detected since day one of 5 gallons per hour costing us over $75 a month for 10 months and they never would discuss reimbursement. The leak was under the sidewalk and no representative ever came out, just plumbers and third parties. They decided it was under the foundation and jack hammered foundation, ripped out Sheetrock and even messing up my epoxy garage floor. The quality of the home for $800,000 is very disappointing. From cabinets to floors and closets look like a third grader made the shelves. The floors we had drilled and filled over 100 places instead of them replacing

Great sales people. However, post sales has been unnecessarily stressful and challenging in terms of resolving issues in a timely manner.
