Windsong Ranch 61s by Southgate Homes

We bought an inventory house from this builder last year and have been really enjoying the house! The purchase process was not that smooth. Because I just broke contract with Normandy Home, their sister company, Craig, the sales manager at Southgate had to ask for exception. They had this weird rule that they would not sell to anyone that previously broke contract with them. He got the green light, of course, but required EXTRA earnest money from us. Normally they require $40k earnest money for inventory house but they required $60k from us. This left a slight bad taste in the mouth, but I kind understood and we really loved the house, so we paid what they asked. But after that, it all went well. They were accommodating with the 3rd party inspector we hired and fixed all issues before clo

That's went really awesome. I really appreciate Craig on all the support & recommendations. Buyers please be open up & show real interest so that they also put interest. It's like from buyer perspective, he/she only one but from other side they are meeting 10 - 20 people. The plans are really awesome, Don't stick to just one plan just because it's model house shown with all make ups. Ask for other plans as well, go home & visualize over a can of beer, then come & check with model home, ask for other plans on development or inventory homes. Craig & team are the best guys over but it's on you buyers to make the best out from them it's completely on you. It's just on you.
