This morning I came to windscape for information about this apartments, the ladies at the information desk were very friendly and answered everything I needed to know about renting also they offered me a tour to look 2 different apartments to find out which one I needed; The manager gave me some good and attractive options to start the process and love it! =) Many thanks to all the staff!! I absolutely love living here! I've lived here for 3 years, 3 years of nothing but good times. The staff is amazing and always so willing to help you with whatever you may need, in these 3 years, I barely have ever had to put in a work order to fix something, and in the little times I have, the maintenance guys always respond quickly and get the job done, treating you like one of their own. The Amenities are also so awesome, too hot? Hit the pool! Feel like working out, the Gym's got all you may need to get in decent shape, wanna watch a movie with the family? Hit the little movie theatre they have, with a fun selection of movies. Hell, want to socialize? They have a awesome club room with a really cozy couch and a pool table. Can't complain about this place, definitely staying long term h

The office staff have been awesome. They respond to your concerns quickly. They get on corporate when corporate drags their feet which is often. Maintenance is awesome especially the maintenance supervisor Alfredo. They make sure they get the job done. I have NOT had any issues with roaches or ants. I have had issues with termites. It took quite awhile to get the problem taken care of. My tile cracked in some places around the apartment and that also took quite awhile to get taken care of. The company that got hired didn't take up the tile they just laid pergo over it in every room including the bathrooms and laundry room. You can hear everywhere the neighbor walks upstairs. We have lived in this beautiful apartment complex for years now. They are always quick and on time to get anything fixed of anything comes up. The staff both in maintenance and office are friendly and like family. They are always honest and kind. I feel comfortable living here with children as well they always have the kids in mind with fun activities through holidays. If you want a place to feel like home and friendly staff windscape is the place to live.
