Windgate Apartments

Place needs to be cleaned up and it would be a very welcoming home, but it doesn't seem the tenets care

After it was sold, everything became so bad that we had to leave these apartments. the manager said twice that they would return our deposit and checked our apartment, but after we left they did not return anything to us. I repeatedly came to find out why, but they called the police !!!! After that we sued and won the case. I do not recommend it !!!

I've lived in Olive Square Apartments since 2004 and I love it. Yes, there are moments where the tenants at that moment mess up things like having a quiet, clean and safe complex but unfortunately I believe that happens in every apartment complex every now and then...the property management for the complex now is great! No complaints from me. 😊

I was there from 2014-2015 in one of the 2 bedroom cottages in the back. My daughter and I were very happy there with how quiet it was, she made friends, and we swam in the pool all summer long. The only complaint would be the parking, or lack thereof, for guests.

It’s the worst apartments now! A lot of poop all over the territory. The apartments are very moldy! New management company is terrible, very rude. A manager is never there and she always lies. In spite of the repair of a part of the apartments, this is only superficial, they have not changed anything, they just veiled the flaws! The price of $1500-1650 is not worth these old ones with bugs and mold!!!
