The Brookside Apartments

UPDATE 6/30/2025: There are zero regrets for us moving to this small and cozy community. We have a vehicle patrol, working jacuzzi, pool, and gym. The apartment unit is gorgeous with new appliances and counter tops. When mechanical issues arise, maintenance is quick at getting issues resolved. Manager Nathan, he is great, and we are afraid to lose him. 9/12/2024: Great move-in experience. Nate and Mary were great. First impressions of the community and our unit are beyond our satisfaction. 👍

Finally getting to write a review, lived here for almost 3 years and I feel like Nathan and Eduardo are a great team. Nathan took care of our issue when we had massive leaks in our apt about 1.5 years ago where it was coming into our bedroom and Nathan allowed us to move into another unit, he was very quick with getting us out and into a better unit. It has been wonderful living here, this complex is very quiet, family friendly, senior friendly, diverse, and clean! They are always on top of maintenance whether it’s for our unit or landscaping outside, etc. I’m very pleased to live here. My neighbors are wonderful too. Only thing I’d say is kinda bad is hopefully they can repair the tennis courts completely of cracks, or be more strict with children riding their scooters, bikes, in the te

We love these apartments. It's very beautiful, around it's green, peaceful, pleasant. The manager is very respectful and pleasant. He responds to the maintenance issues very fast and the maintenance guy works very fast. I love the fact that the manager has a friendly attitude towards the kids. You can see outside kids playing and for me that's very important. That's the main reason we moved here, because in the apartments where we lived before, the manager was always threatening us with eviction, because the kids were outside and they didn't want to see kids outside. It was bothering them when the kids were playing outside, while here at Brookside the residents and the manager don't have a problem with the kids. I've been at this complex for around 10 years. There's nothing to compare the view to when I look out my balcony. There's never a bad moment here that I could even recall. The Manager and maintenance here are top-notch now. They actually do what they say they will and have brought some control to the area. It's incredible what someone can do when they care about the place they work for. Nathan is a very big benefit to Brookside and so is Eduardo. It seems they know how to handle alot of things here. Things are actually being taken care of and not just glanced over like the usual places of living. Although I have only been a resident for a year my experience with Nathan the manager has been great! He is very pleasant & professional and takes care of things immediately. I have talked to some of the longtime resident who say he is the best manager they have had at Brookside. As far as living there, I absolutely love the area, the people are friendly and we all watch out for each other as neighbors should. I feel safe at home there and the security after hours and gated community serves as a quiet friendly place to reside. I would definitely recommend to others🙂
