This complex is one of the best kept up apts in the area. If anyone was to want to move into a cute little one bedroom apt i highly recommend The Quarter. Krystal the property manager is always on top of things and constantly doing her best to make sure things are always advancing and being taken care of! Great apt for a great and reasonable monthly price.
I’ve lived here for almost 9 years and it has come a long way since I moved in. Since our current management has taken over, and our manager Krystal, the property has really improved. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion. Good neighbors and pet friendly.
One of the best property I ever live . Maintenance always on point. Not to mention how clean the property is super super clean. With cameras around the property make me feel much safe. The quarters is one of the peaceful properties you could find with great clean pool service for summer. The community around the quarter property it's amazing with stores nearby gas station nearby clean peaceful around the community definitely one of the best to live .
Plumbing ,walls ,mold , take your pick. Cockroaches, mice in one of the buildings .we got kicked out because my apartment got broken into . I was concussed with multiple head wounds from a crow bar and was able to defend my family,household . But the property management decided to give me a warning then quickly changed their minds the next day, to have us leave . Then I asked for my security deposit which was 1800 by the way . And be asking since March first . Finally find another place to move in and not be homeless anymore so I contacted the manager again and after 2 months . There sending 2900 to collections for no random reason . What the actual hell do not move in to this poorly run apartments
Love the way The Quarter Apartments look!!! Well landscaped, parking lots are free from any litter, and the pool area is beautiful 😍 Spoke with Krystal who answered all my questions and was really nice! She helped my daughter and she loves it!!
