Mariana provided information regarding a downstairs rental available the second week of March. I was told that we could drop by any time on Thursday with paperwork to apply. however they are closed from 12-1 for lunch. Showed up at 1 pm and was told there are no rentals available to view and that she had me down for Wednesday. Very unprofessional and argumentative. Glad to have had this experience before renting from her, and not after signing a lease.

Мы жили тут почти год. Нам очень понравилось. Менеджер, соседи, апарты все нас устраивало. Грустно было уезжать отсюда.
Живем в этом месте с семьей уже третий год, нам здесь все очень нравится. Спокойно, безопасно, чисто и комфортно, много цветов и зелени. Очень повезло з соседями, а еще больше повезло с менеджером. Марианна прекрасный и чуткий человек, она всегда выслушает и поможет, если возникнут какие-то поломки или трудности. Отдельная благодарность нашему мастеру, у которого золотые руки и всегда все быстро умеет чинить. Этот комплекс стал нашим домом и нам здесь очень нравится ❤️
