Vista Torre Apartments

The Vista staff is fantastic. Especially Jennifer. Anytime we needed service to our apartment she was right on it. The atmosphere of the complex is quiet, pleasant and very friendly. Our stay was great and was a nice steppingstone waiting for our house purchase. I would recommend the Vista to anyone who wants a great apartment life.

My name is Arthur and we have been living here for about 7 months. I don't recommend anyone to live here, in these 7 months practically every month we have had problems with leaks or blockages in my apartment (number 21) today April 5th I had the worst experience of my life, we arrived at our apartment and it was covered in dirty sewage water. That's right, sewage water!! Our carpet was completely flooded, the maintenance guys came and did a dirty job. Now I'm out of the house without even an answer about it. I can't sleep at home because they left several machines inside to dry the carpet. No one from RCMI property came to me to ask where I would sleep or was willing to help! I have a small child and I can't leave him in my apartment at the risk of getting some disease. Thank you RCMI pro

This place is beautiful. The apartment I moved into feels more like a house than an apartment, it's that spacious and solid. The amenities are great, as advertised. However, every day since we moved in a week and a half ago we have encountered issues like the washer and dryer didn't work, the ice maker in the freezer wasn't working, a toilet that rocks back and forth when you get in and out it, a bathroom sink drain stopper that isn't attached to anything and other small stuff. Maintenance has been pretty good about addressing these issues, thankfully.

Mrs. Tira is an excellent leasing agent. She makes residents feel at ease, the tour and application easy and stress free!!

So I have officially lived here for over a year and will not be renewing my lease for a few reasons. I actually enjoyed the apartment itself. I loved the interior features of soft shutting cabinets and the balcony, and closet spaces. However management changed hands at least 3 times I could count making records questionable. I was asked what parking space number I am at least 5 times if not more this year (mind you I pay an extra 25 to park within the gated spaces). Also maintenance cars etc would often block me from moving/coming in at times. Mail packages are not sorted in the office, so I could have been anyone grabbing my packages (huge concern). The AC system is also extremely loud within the apartment itself, I was never asked this year to replace the air filters either. Gues
