Worked with 25th Street and Effie for many years as a property owner. 25th street kept my home continually occupied without gaps in rental income. They are fantastic about communicating on issues as often or as infrequently as you like. I preferred less communication unless a certain $ threshold was reached on repairs and most often 25th street just handled everything and I did not need to be bothered. It was smooth sailing! In addition, I never had complaints from tenants that issues were not being addressed. 25th street reacted immediately when a tenant had an issue and got the problem resolved. I worked for a number of years with a different very large and reputable management company in the area and only wished I had found 25th street at the beginning as they were fantastic to w
