Windfaire Apartments

I’ve lived in this building for a couple years now. All of the neighbors are friendly and it truly has a community feel. The property is always kept clean and well maintained, and you can tell the management cares. A huge part of that is because of our property manager, Scott. He genuinely makes the building feel like one big family. He regularly plans events and get-togethers that bring everyone together and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. You can see how much pride he takes in the building. He pays attention to every detail and makes sure things are taken care of right away. Highly recommend living here — it’s more than just an apartment, it feels like a close knit community.

Our first apartment was here when we moved to LA and we have set the bar so high for ourselves moving forward. The property is extremely nice, well maintained, and is located in such a fun area of North Hollywood while being nice and quiet. Scott is the best and was always so easy to talk to about anything you may need. Any time anything was going on regarding the weather, community, or environment, Scott was so quick to inform the tenants about everything they needed to know and he made us all feel safe. Genuinely going to miss living here

I have lived at Windfaire for 5 years and I can say without a doubt that our property manager Scott is the best of the best! The entire apartment building is so friendly and warm, you know your neighbors and everyone says hi! Scott hosts events on the communal roof, and decorates hardcore for the holidays!

Scott is an absolute legend hero by saving Grace of these apartments. He was so welcoming when we moved in. He is always on call at all times of the day, even though he has a certain hours for appointments he still makes his time to take care of his guest. 43 love that man I wish she was my father

Unfortunately I hated every second of living here. This place has very thin walls. When I was first talking to the apartment manager, Scott, I asked multiple times if this was the type of place where you are likely to be frequently hearing other people's loud music or bass in your apartment all day, and I made it clear that that would be a deal breaker for me. He told me multiple times that he's not aware of that being a problem. Then literally the first night I moved in, that same apartment manager informed me that he was my neighbor and a sound engineer, and that he has a 5k speaker set up in his room, but that I should text him if it's too loud. That weekend, he proceeded to record live music with full on instruments and screaming vocals for about 16 hours straight, ignoring or brushing
