Pacific Pointe Apartments

Honestly the manager Alejandra very profeesional and kind on the same time. She is always smiling and helping the tenants. I finish my second year and never think will change my apartment .

First I need to give a shout out to the building manager Alejandra. She truly cares about her residents and the buildings she manages. She was so caring and helpful to us when my son was looking for an apartment. My son has been living there for 2 years and has had zero problems. The grounds are very well maintained, a great place to live.

Nice size units and great swimming pool and tennis court.

Manager, Alejandra, is very friendly & accomodating. An unexpected, unavoidable medical circumstance created a challenge in moving forward with my application toward a unit at PP Apartments. Alejandra is empathetic, considerate, & flexible enough to work with me to ascertain that preparation for procedure would still take place! Very impressive!

I gave them five stars only because back in 1972 my parents use to manage this complex when it was called "Club California". This is the first place that the Actor Erik Estrada lived when he moved to California from New York I use to be friends with him!
