My cats are loving it here tool, and the community feels welcoming to furry friends. Grounds are well-maintained, team is helpful, and it’s worth every penny for the lifestyle and pet perks! You get free doggy bags too 😝🐶🐶🐶

5 stars all the way! We’ve been in our 1-bedroom for 6 months and couldn’t be happier. The apartment is spacious with great natural light, updated kitchen, and in-unit laundry. The pool and fitness area are nice bonuses, but the prime NoHo location for work and entertainment seals it. Maintenance fixes things fast, highly recommend

Absolutely love living at NoHo Blvd Apartments! The location is perfect—steps from theaters, restaurants, and the Metro station. My studio is bright, modern, and super quiet despite being in such a lively area. Management is responsive and friendly, and the gated community feels secure. Best decision I made moving here!

I’ve had a really good experience living here. Marianne from management is super responsive and genuinely cares about residents. Anytime I’ve needed help, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The building is well maintained, the maintenance team is respectful, and the location is great—close to food, shopping, and bars. I also really appreciate the security and gated garage. Overall, I’ve been happy living here this past year.

As a working creative, this has been the prime location to live. With a Ralph’s within 500ft. on top of the entirety of the NoHo Arts District a block away with great coffee, food, shops, bars, and gyms, it’s been an extremely convenient pace of life here. Management/Maintenance have always been attentive with welcoming communication, and the community in the building is respectful.
