The management and leasing office are rude, unprofessional and flat out do not care about the residents and our needs. Just read these reviews and the generic responses from the business owners. “Oh yeah sorry call this number for concerns” an actual joke. (See attached photos of homeless drug dealers and addicts I’ve caught on property breaking into cars, shooting up etc) They’ve done nothing to address any of our concerns in these reviews. They refuse to hire new managers and competent people who are professional and courteous. I’ve requested a supervisor to reach out to me multiple times and NOTHING. They simply don’t care. This place is also unsafe, had my car broken into many times, they did nothing. I personally reported loud screams of women from sketchy units and they did NOTHING.

not happy with the leasing office and management here. they will tow your car without a care in the world, not even a warning despite paying so much to live here. if you have a pest issue, you will wait until they bring someone on their own terms, an entire week later. which means out of your own pocket, no reimbursement. too many other inconveniences to name. look elsewhere, i am moving soon.

I am very disappointed with how poorly this building has come to be managed. To be clear, the maintenance staff have consistently been professional and do their best with the resources provided by management. I moved in four years ago, and since then, most amenities have been removed. Those that remain are outdated and poorly maintained. Recently, I reported an issue with the washer and dryer and had to visit the office in person just to request updates, as communication has been virtually nonexistent. There appears to be little sense of urgency, no effort to provide temporary solutions, and responsibility is consistently shifted to third-party vendors. Additionally, we have experienced package theft, and our concerns have gone unanswered. Overall, this situation is very discouraging and

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management and security teams treat residents and their guests like the enemy, with adversarial and combative communications. That's if they're even around: office hours seem to be a handful of time in the middle of the workday, and they don't return calls. The front gate was visibly broken for months, and no one on the team was in any rush to fix it - just some yellow caution tape around the perimeter. The gate to the pool was also broken for weeks, making it impossible to use the amenity. At least that wasn't so visible to the neighborhood, creating a security concern. Recently, there have been multiple water shut-offs with no prior notice. You would think with so many issues, there would be a reduction to rent, but management will not hear it. Maintenance reques

Every weekend the trash chute is completely clogged. The entire floor reeks of garbage. This is a serious sanitation issue — cockroaches, mice, and a real health risk. Trash removal must be done on weekends or before them. This problem is systematic and ignored. Under AVA management, these issues did not exist. The current management has significantly lowered the standard of living in this building.
