MODERNO NOHO West Luxury Living

I wish I could give this apartment less than one star. The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing and clean however Stephanie the manager is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to deal with from my experience. She's talked to me (a tenant) in a very condescending and rude tone from my experience. I had an experience where I was stuck in my car for 30 minutes (because the people who parked next to me, parked entirely too close). She called me the next morning and proceeded to berate me and tells me about her personal life struggles (which is completely unprofessional) and me not being able to get out of my car for 30 minutes is not an emergency. I think needs to be trained on how to do her job and how to speak with people, especially in a position that requires her to talk with people/tenants.

MODERNO NOHO West was our first apartment in LA after moving from Oklahoma two years ago. We were grateful to make it our home and, over time, we experienced both highs and lows. Earlier management struggled to consistently enforce basics like dog-park etiquette, parking rules, security, and no-smoking, which dulled the luxury feel. That changed when Stephanie took over. She moved quickly on security, fixed the call box, tightened key-fob access, and rekeyed units for peace of mind. She is real and has a no-nonsense approach that makes it clear the community matters. She encourages residents to step up and clean up after themselves, and you can feel the standards rising because of it. One of the highlights for me was when the team power washed the garage. Our property manager Stephanie truly is wonderful. She is prompt to respond to our needs and concerns. There has been such a beautiful turn around with the building since she came on board.

The new building management changed many things, providing tenants with greater security and a clean, exclusive space. I am very happy and feel safer with the new changes they have made.

My lease was up today and wanted to relocate my family to another state , but the experience of 1.5:YRS here was terrific ! Yana was easy to reach , professional and kind. I also want to thank Marina who keeps the building clean , kind , and I felt was welcoming when I saw her and conversational when I was too. Also felt safe raising my kids here and love the fitness room and recreational room for fun activity.
