Valerie was the listing agent for the house that we purchased in 2021. There were so many things wrong with the house we could not even live in it for 2 years while we were fixing all the problems that were not disclosed to us. It took us a lot of time and a lot of money running two households for 2 years coming back and forth working on the house . Kind of funny I was talking to another realtor and they said that they were known for that! When we called Ken and Valerie to talk to them about it they hung up on us! Real professional! I truly believe the owner along with Windermere and the house inspector they conveniently had lined up already we're in cahoots together!! I wish I could post all the pictures of everything we found wrong with the house!!

Worst property management I have ever seen! Not at all good with customer service, they don’t understand what EMERGENCY means.DO NOT RECOMMEND

Jennifer was a true professional. She was both the seller's & buyer's agent & did an amazing job representing both sides with fair & prudent recommendations. One of her strongest attributes is her follow-through & immediate communication. She was always accessible & did what she committed to doing. We were prepared to offer a cash offer on a house this Sunday (2/03/24) we got our sick toddler out of bed early to meet Chris Clark at a property on Skyline Dr. In Pullman, only to be stood up completely. No text, phone call, etc. We changed our mind after that and decided to stay in the house we own. This guy is very unprofessional. It's like dealing with a 20 year old here. Talk to someone else from windermere, just fyi!
