I’ve had a few houses in Washington and Idaho and had management companies running them, Sterling Property Management and most notably Katie, is by far more professional more rememberable on items that need to be done she retains all the little detailed information that you want all in her head and she doesn’t miss a beat. She is the best Customer Service you could ever ask for and even better person I give her five out of five stars 1000% perfectionist. She’s the best ever ever.!!!!! Period.🙏❤️

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience renting from Sterling Property Management. It can be hard to come by a rental that allows large breed dogs, but with Sterling Property Management, we were able to have our big ol' boy with us. I enjoyed going in to pay rent every month and getting to talk to Katie - she was always so friendly and bubbly. Destiny was always on top of answering and responding to any maintenance requests we had. We will miss renting from them!

Destiny handled the situation quickly, kindly, and professionally. She arranged for a solution right away and was very understanding and supportive throughout the process.
