Tara is one of the kindest, funniest, smart people I have worked with when it comes to a loan or a big purchase type of situation. I would work with her a million times over & only wish her good things & positive vibes on anything she takes on in life. The only constructive criticism I will give, is that we started the process with Mark & it felt like he didn’t really care or we were bugging him. He’s still a really nice guy, I just felt like Tara really went above & beyond & cared about our situation & time.

Tara was very sweet and patient during my loan process. It’s nerve wrecking with all of the numbers and trying to understand them. She walked me through all the options we talked about on the phone, answered my questions in an understanding way, and I felt like I could trust her from our first phone call. Thank you!!

Tara was wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. She even gave me printed payment plans that would help me pay off my loans earlier, and wrote by how many months it would shorten my term. Definitely sending friends to her if they need any financial assistance.

Because they have unauthorized checks to my fico 3 times I did not authorize this

I like this company a lot but I am very sadden because when I paid off the amount it went to central location of theirs and there was leftovers they have to send it through the mail and I expressed that I was having mail problems and they wouldn't accommodate like for me to come to the branch to pick it up since I was going to be in the local area, But with that being said I still recommend this company to anyone. I called the 1800 number for one main the nice lady was trying to figure something out but the process was already started to send the leftovers out so there was nothing they could do. I am not mad at One Main Financial but is very sadden.
