Coldwell Banker Tomlinson - Lewiston and Clarkston

Seems their agents, or "at least" some of them conjure up full price offers when you make an offer. All of a sudden there are "at least " one of more offers on the table, which is a lie at the outset because there either are offers or there aren't. Caught one of them in a lie and currently am getting the run around on an offer I've made. I have to work with them as they are the seller's agent for the home I'm trying to buy, but other than, I'd stay away from this place.

Just be careful of which agent you use. Jennifer is great, there are others who are good too, but there are others that are a lawsuit waiting for a place to happen.
