Canyon View Apartments

I reached out to Jordan probably as soon as the office opened with a extremely urgent, time sensitive need for housing. To say she is amazing and our angel is an understatement. She was extremely patient and helped me, as well as my son, through the whole process. She explained absolutely everything and within just a few short hours our worries were no more. All thanks to Jordan and her understanding of the situation and her willingness to go that extra mile to help us. My son and I will forever be in her debt. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a place to live to give her a call. I promise you wont regret it.

Are so nice and incredibly spacious. Jordan the property manager is absolutley amazing to work with. She goes way above and beyond. If you are looking for a new home Def give canyon view and Jordan a chance. 10/10

Save the headache!!!! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I was charged for a dirty patio THAT WASN'T MY FAULT. they have every single documentation of what happened. My upstairs neighbor let her dog go to the bathroom on her balcony and it all leaked down onto my patio and ac unit. They did nothing. Jordan said they were going to clean it and never did. It was too cold to clean it. Then moving out they fully charged me for it. They also charged me for the very POORLY installed carpet that was worn. They do not have professionals installing carpet and then they scam you at the end to pay for it. Our move out fees were almost TWO GRAND. we lived there for about 18 months and the move out fees were more than we ever paid in rent. This Seattle based company is a scam and they will bli

Thank you to Jordan and Bill! Jordan, especially, was very helpful during my move in experience to include the application process as well as the vacancy experience! Bill (the maintenance person) was also very prompt, professional and thorough when it came to assistance requests! It, in my opinion, was a very nice place to live and I'm grateful to have met several nice people there.
