Being a first time home buyer is intimidating. Bay Equity walked us through the process, broke things down, and showed us our options without ever making us feel dumb for not knowing home loan jargon. Everyone always got back to us SO fast, making the long and often confusing process of home buying as efficient and clear as possible. The day we got to sign our papers they gave us a wonderful, grand, congratulations at the title company. I actually cry if I think about it. It was so over the top in all of the right ways. It was a wonderful experience. Having someone from local to work on the mortgage was quite relieving. I had made applications from four different lenders out of town and I was disappointed.
