Wind River Lodge Apartments & Townhomes

My partner and I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and love the area. We have had some routine maintenance issues, but Shauna and the rest of the team have been so wonderful and helpful in addressing issues quickly. We do hear our neighbors, as some others have mentioned, but respectfully that’s just apartment life. Everyone I’ve met is very considerate and respectful for the most part. The property is kept up well as well. We enjoy living here :)

I’ve been living here for almost a month and I just want to say that I genuinely could not have found better apartments in my price range that have all of the amenities and location. Starting off, the surrounding area is amazing, as I live about 5 minutes away from countless restaurants, fast food, and an aldi and Mckeever’s Market. I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to my leasing agent, Mariangela, for helping make this entire process go extremely smoothly even with all the questions I had and some of the unique circumstances I am in as well. The entire process for moving in was amazing and I am pleased with my unit. It is almost silent where in my unit which is something I greatly appreciate. I just renewed my lease for a second year at Wind River Lodge. Neighbors are friendly, apartments are comfortable, and maintenance has been quick to fix any issues with the dishwasher and lights. Windows can be a bit drafty and I have had to shovel the walkway to the parking lot a couple times when it's snowed before maintenance got to it (but I haven't minded). My cats love the little deck in nice weather and I loved the pools during the summer too! Mariangela is super sweet and helped me get set up when I started and she has been helpful whenever I had a question too.

Honest to god the worst place I have ever lived at. Avoid this place at all costs because it is terrible. I toured an apartment and locked in on a price just for them to change the apartment and price for where I would be living at the last moment. Half my outlets don’t work, the water gets super gross out of nowhere, and I am hardly given any notice before they enter the apartment. Everything is hastily painted over (including some outlets). Staff is unfriendly and very quick to brush me off when I have questions. If you want to live in a decent apartment I highly recommend you go anywhere else. Worst year of my life and I’m still going to have to pay rent for 2 months after I leave because they never follow up on any letters they send. Worst mistake of my life

Amazing apartment complex! My wife and I have lived here for almost a year and have loved the place. My wife is in a wheelchair and the manger and office staff have done a wonderful job in helping us have what we needed for an accessible place to live. While most of the apartments aren't ADA compliant with narrow halls/doors and not very many designated handicap parking spots, we have been able to work around those issues so my wife has very minimal mobility barriers.
